·Check magnetic fines in the screen. In case of running-in wear, the amount of metallic fines will constantly decrease

检测过滤网前的金属碎屑,如果是试运转造成的磨损,金属碎屑的数量将会不断减少

·Distortion of processing section due to irregular heating/cooling

无规律的加热或冷却造成加工段的变形

·Make sure that heater shells to the barrels. Check function of the(electr.) heating elements. If necessary, check the cooling circuit of the barrels for free passage.

检测加热电路和加热器是否完好,如有必要,检查冷却回路是否通畅

·Shorted or extend the cooling pulse, as applicable

适当的减小或增大冷却水的流量

·Insufficient plasticizing performance of screw

螺杆塑化效率低

·Rise temperature level for processing section. Reinforce screw in the plasticizing zone. If necessary, confer with KTE processing engineers.

增加螺杆塑化段的被压,根据需要排列啮合元件,并相应的升高温度

减小容积密度的变化,检查喂料系统的排气,如有需要调整螺杆组合,请与惠州星洲塑机公司协商

·If necessary, reduce nitrogen blanketing and pressure. Optimize venting for polymer feed line. Provide more intensive cooling for feed barrel. In exceptional cases, optimize screw or vent system

较小压力:改善喂料系统的排气状况:加强喂料筒体的冷却:特殊情况下,也可以优化螺杆组合或排气系统

Polymer leakage at barrel section joints

筒体连接处漏料

·Tightening torque for bolts too low/initial stress diminished due to long-term temperature influence and load changes

螺栓的预紧力不够或因长期的加热和负载的变化所引起的应力减小

·Clean barrel faces and remove any polymer adhered. Place new bolts. After first heating-up, these bolts are to be retightened. Retightening of bolts without removal of polymer will not solve the problem.

清洗筒体端面,更换新的螺栓,在第一次加热后,需要重新拧紧螺栓。如果没有清除所粘的物料。只拧紧螺栓不能解决问题

·Barrel faces damaged or uneven.

筒体端面有损坏或不平滑

·Regrind the barrel faces on a grinding machine

在磨床上重新磨平筒体端面

Degassing of volatile matter in polymer not satisfactory 不能很好的排除聚合体中的挥发物

Electric heater. The indicated barrel temperature level, which first has been correctly maintained, drops

筒体温度开始保持正常,然后突然降低

·Heater shells/heater or fuses defective

加热器或保险丝故障

·Check electric function of heater shells/heater. Check  fuses. Check  heater shells for good contact with barrel. Replace defective heater shells.

检查加热器、保险丝。检查加热器和筒体的连接,换掉损坏了的加热片

·Controller defective

控制器故障

·Check controller and readjust or replace, as necessary

检查控制器并进行调节,必要时更换

·Faulty contact between thermocouple and barrel

热电偶和筒体之间的接触

·Check thermocouple for good contact

检查热电偶,使之与筒体接触良好

·Valve of barrel cooling system does not close and continuous cooling water flow is possible. Valve is dirty or valve seat is defective

筒体冷却系统的阀门未关闭:阀门有赃物

·Check solenoid valve; clean or replace valve as necessary. If necessary, also check valves of the adjacent barrel

检查阀门“按需要清理或更换阀门。必要时也要检查旁边筒体上的阀门

·Pilot valve defective

·Increased polymer throughput rate and thus insufficient input of mechanical energy
